Lipstick obssesin (reviews & swatches)

Hello beauties

Me and Yui decided to make a small lipstick obsession aka review for this week. Her is eider already up or will be up soon so check it out!

However here is mine. Just for the protocol this are all lipstick I bought with my own money. None of them was given to me or sent to me as a sponsored product. I don’t have a big collection yet some money did go into this.

I am buying my lipstick as many other products in the drugstore called Muller, which also carries some high-end brands as YSL, Dior, and Chanel.  I loveeee lipsticks and want to have a nice collection so please recommend me some J

I’m going to start by the cheapest brand and work myself up.

Essence:

I own two lipsticks from Essence.  One is in this beautiful classic red shade and one a bit more…..a lot darker shade…Black. Yes I own a black lipstick even thought I don’t yet know with what to wear it and I am obviously not brave enough to up it on and go into public with it. Otherwise, red is my favorite shade of lipstick, than darker than better.  Moving on, I have no complains about the pigmentation of these lipsticks. But I do have the feeling they dry out my lips, and the product itself and the packaging did just not convince me that much. However they are extremely cheap, so I might reproaches them since I am often short on money.

Catrice:

I swear by Catrice lipsticks. They are gorgeous! The pigmentation is amazing, they are moisturizing and the packaging is so pretty. They come out in matt colors too, yet only as a limited edition.  I love the consistency and the smell of the regular ones. Yes they have a sent to them. I think they smell a bit of berries.  I think for the price 4,99€ they are amazing!

Maxfactor:

Just want to say I purchased this lipstick spontaneously and I regret it. Not because I don’t like the packaging or consistency. I just simply don’t like the color…I’m not crazy about it. Red is always perfect, but this one has a golden shimmer in it- And I’m not so about golden shimmer. Otherwise, this product is great and maxfactor always has good lipsticks. I would definitely recommend you to get it if you like gold shimmer.
